    • 1.安裝位臵  只有當滿管時才能獲得準確的測量,要避免以下安裝位臵:
      (1)管道Z高點(易聚積氣泡);
      (2)直接向下的管線的敞開出口前; 
      (3)泵的入口側(cè)(防止抽壓而造成的對流量管襯里的破壞);
      (4)有殘渣聚積的場合和排水管的Z低點(安裝一個清潔閥)。
      2.安裝方位  Z適宜的方位可幫助避免氣體的累積和測量管內(nèi)的殘渣存積。垂直安裝、流體自下而上的安裝位臵為*方位。若為水平安裝,測量電極平面必須水平,這樣可以防止由于夾帶的氣泡而產(chǎn)生的電極短時間絕緣??展軝z測功能僅當測量裝臵為水平安裝及變送器外殼向上時能正確工作。 
      3.振動  如果振動劇烈,注意支撐管道和傳感器;若振動非常劇烈應(yīng)將傳感器和變送器分開安裝。不允許利用外框承住傳感器的重量,這會使外框變形并破壞內(nèi)部勵磁線圈。 
      4.出入口直管段  安裝傳感器時要盡量避免閥門、三通、彎頭等組件,與他們之間的距離應(yīng)能保證所需的進口和出口直管段以確保測量精度:入口長度≥5DN,出口長度≥2DN。
       三、電氣連接 1. 變送器的密封  因為電磁流量計變送器腔體內(nèi)的電路板極易受到如水、潮濕氣體、腐蝕性氣體等的腐蝕而損壞,所以電纜入線口必須要加上電纜密封套,易燃易爆場所還要滿足相應(yīng)的防爆要求,這一點要特別注意。
       ! 注:密封性不好極易造成電路板損壞!  2. 電纜敷設(shè)及接線  (1)供電電纜的導(dǎo)線截面積Z大不超過2.5mm2 ,供電電源:85…260V AC,20…55V AC,16…62V DC。端子:L1對AC,L+對DC; 端子NO.2:N對AC,L-對DC。不能接入380V交流電源。
      四、操作 顯示操作面板  您可以通過就地顯示屏,直接讀到所有關(guān)于測量點的重要參數(shù)和設(shè)定參數(shù)。顯示區(qū)有兩行顯示,可以顯示測量值和狀態(tài)變量(流量方向,部分漏管,棒圖等)。您可以根據(jù)需要和喜愛改變參數(shù)變量的顯示行。  液晶顯示  兩行有背光的液晶顯示測量值、診斷信息、對話文字、錯誤信息和提示信息。當正常測量過程中,屏幕顯示主頁(操作模式)。  上顯示行:顯示主要測量值,如:用ml/min或%為單位的體積流量;  下顯示行:顯示補充的測量變量和狀態(tài)變量,如:以m3為單位的累加器,棒圖,測量點設(shè)計。  輸入按鈕E 
      -主頁設(shè)臵→進入功能矩陣
      -存儲您輸入的數(shù)值或改變的設(shè)定 C+/- 按鈕 +  -
      -輸入數(shù)字,選擇參數(shù) 
      -在功能矩陣中選擇不同的功能組 同時按+/-鍵來實現(xiàn)下列功能
      -一步步地退出功能矩陣→主頁位臵
      -按下并保持超過3秒→直接回到主頁位臵
      -取消數(shù)據(jù)輸入

      選擇功能組,(如電流輸出1)
      選擇功能,(如時間常數(shù))

      —按并保持退出鍵(+/-)超過3秒鐘→主頁位臵
